SGR Lifecycle, division of SGR International s.r.l,  recognizes the importance of its users’ privacy. SGR Lifecycle created this statement to inform about its commitment in respecting privacy of its users’ and complete compliance to General Data Protection Rules (GDPR). In accordance with Art. 13 of General Data Protection Regulation nr. 679/2016 (“GDPR“), we hereby supply you all due information concerning the purposes and methods for your personal and sensitive data processing in our possession.

THE DATA CONTROLLER

Our approach

The Privacy Policy has been drafted to describe our approach in collecting and elaborating personal data for the website www.lifecycle.it and its related services. By using our website, the user agrees explicitly to such a use of his personal data and accepts the terms of the current information on privacy.

Data we collect:

SGR Lifecycle collects personal data (hereinafter “Data”) for registered users.

We ask our users to provide the following data:

  • name and surname – to identify users and display a univocal user in the account www.lifecycle.it (“Account”);
  • e-mail address – to authenticate users, give access to accounts and help them in retrieving the password to access accounts;
  • telephone number – to confirm identity of respondent with 2-step authentication.

The a.m. data are collected only if the User personally and voluntarily inserts them completing forms at www.lifecycle.it.

We also collect the following technical data:

  • IP addresses (Internet Protocol) – to help and diagnose problems with our server and administer our website to identify the user and the time passed on our website to assess the sections of our website visited and to offer the user a better experience;
  • Position (based on IP address);
  • Operating system and data of browser;
  • Hardware data (screen size, others);

If you choose not to record or give your personal data, it is also possible to surf the website anonymously, but you cannot access to the areas needing authentication.

The collection of Navigation data occurs automatically and inevitably when you access the website and are in general anonymous (i.e. do not reveal identity of the user). Nevertheless, if the access is done with the personal account, some of the information can be associated to the account.

We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable data. For example, this means that we will track the session, but the session will remain anonymous. We will not use the information for any other purpose.

When you use social media features (for example “share”, “like”, “tweet”, “+1” etc.) on our website o when you use your social network account to connect or access via social media, social networks can record some information from the users’ action.

How we use personal data:

We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:

  • offer a better experience to users (for example creating a customised user interface);
  • to examine problems of performance, bug and other technical problems related to resources;
  • comply with legal obligations, regulations and Community legislation, including regulations issued by public authorities and legitimated by Law and/or monitoring and supervisory body.

SGR Lifecycle can disclose NON-personal summarizing information to our suppliers or Third Parties. Nevertheless, we will not disclose information to single clients except subcontractors and Third Parties without written authorisation of the user. In short, SGR Lifecycle does not sell personal data of user. Data will not be transferred abroad to persons established in countries that are not members of the European Union.

SGR Lifecycle can send news or company information, notify and receiving feedback on new services offered if the user of www.lifecycle.it is subscribed in our newsletters or mailing lists whose he agreed. Users can unsubscribe from newsletters and mailing lists in whatever moment after the first message using the link provided or the relevant option in the settings of the account.

How we protect data

The user’s account is protected from password to grant a safe access to the website www.sgr-internationale.com and data stored on the website. Protecting safety of the password is responsibility of the user. We do not assume any responsibility in case of disclosure on information and unsafe treatment of passwords.

Personal data shall be treated respecting necessary safety and confidentiality for explicit and legitimate purposes, they will be relevant, updated and will not exceed the a.m. purposes and will not be used for different purposes. Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes. The Data will be processed both manually and with the help of electronic instruments to respond and manage requests for information and/or materials of the user.

Where we store and process data

The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned offices and are only handled by personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disclosed. Personal data provided by users who request reception of informational materials are used only to perform the service or the requested performance and are communicated to Third Parties only if it is necessary for this purpose.

Duration of data storage

Personal Data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding what is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected and, in any case, not longer than the one provided for by the applicable regulations. Data is stored and processed only when the user’s account is active and until it is deleted or deactivated.

The account can be deactivated temporarily or cancelled permanently in whatever moment using appropriate options in the account settings. In any case, the possible withdrawal of consent does not affect lawfulness of the treatment based on consent given before the withdrawal.

If you choose to delete your account, the request will be processed within 60 days. You can request to restore the data until it is permanently deleted.

Notwithstanding the other provisions, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

Your rights

You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not we process your personal data and, where we do, access to the personal data, together with certain additional information. This means you have the right to request us to take specific actions at any time and for free.

The right to access. You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not we process your personal data. You can access your personal data by visiting www.sgr-international.com autonomously and with your account, except for temporary malfunctions.

The right to data portability. The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided. You can write us at info@sgr-international.it with the specific request of data portability. SGR Lifecycle will provide you data in electronic format.

The right to rectification. The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. If you choose this, you can use relevant account settings and complete incomplete personal data in online profile or send a further declaration to info@sgr-international.it.

The right to restrict processing. The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing, or to restrict their treatment. If you choose this, please send an email to info@sgr-international.it with the specific request to make the name unavailable for all. Where processing has been restricted on this basis, we may continue to store your personal data and they can be restored in whatever moment.

The right to erasure (“Right to be forgotten”). You have the right to the erasure of your personal data without undue delay. If you choose to delete your account, the request will be processed within 60 days, as may be required by law..

The right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Children

SGR Lifecycle does not intentionally collect any sensitive personal data of children, as defined in applicable local law. If you are under 16, you will need the consent of your parents or other legal guardians before sending any information to SGR Lifecycle through the website, except if these activities are permitted by the laws in your country. If we learn that a person under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information without the a.m. consent, we will delete this information.

Public areas

SGR Lifecycle can create, host and provide discussion forums, newsgroups, blogs or other public environments to users of www.arvis.it and to the general public. Any information disclosed in the blogs or in the forums is considered public and every user is responsible and must exercise caution when disclosing personal data in these areas. SGR Lifecycle is not responsible for any action taken as a result of information presented or received in such areas.
